Draught@Monks Cafe Porterhouse, Stockholm. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is slightly toffeeish, fruity, berryish, nectar and mild earthyness. Flavour is fruity, yeasty, a bit spicy as well as toffeeish, caramel malty and berrylike.

Pours out in a dark cloudy reddish amber appearance topped with a small off-white head. Resinous aroma with hints of oranges, pepper and caramel. Medium-bodied with notes of straw, pepper, grass, red grapefruits and immature oranges. Pine, raw yeast, orange-peels and grapefruit in the long bitter aftertaste. Quite good if a bit rough.
