This, our lightest ale, is "cold" fermented with an ale yeast at lager temperatures to produce a smooth and tasty brew. Balanced with Munich Malts and featuring Vanguard Hops: a new hop released in 1998 that carries a spicy aroma usually used in lagers.

not half bad for a light ale to please the masses. pretty understated cream aspect, but it was pretty smooth, with some toasted malt flavor, well balanced, with a light hop profile. nice for the style, if you're in the mood for whatever reason.
