Pours opaque papaya with a thick and fairly persistent parchment head. Aroma furnishes rich resiny hops, zesty citrus that is mainly grapefruit and tangerine, tangy pineapple with a hint of banana. Flavor yields piney hops with a little bitterness, zesty grapefruit and tangerine, tangy and tart pineapple, bits of banana and fresh malt. Texture brings nice body and peppy fizz. Enjoy with shrimp - or anything else good.
