Taste: Floral, Citrus, Balanced Our IPA has a juicy backbone of Northwest US pale and crystal malts. Big floral and citrus hop aroma and flavor balance out the delicious malty base. Pair with: Spicy hops increase spice in food, so they are a natural companion to Thai, Mexican, Indian – especially if you like heat. Try jerked or blackened seafood, chicken or beef. For cheese, pair with mild blues like Gorgonzola or Cambozola, or sharp, aged cheddar.
