We crafted this beer as the more accessible little brother to 3 MC’s with a similar hop and grain bill and using the same yeast. A sly, mild bitter sits on tops of a dry, crisp pale ale and the giant hop notes reach out to bite you – dominated by those California notes of mango, grapefruit, passion fruit and backed by classic pine and resin it’s a hop lover’s paradise.

pours a cloudy golden yellow, with small white head. The aroma is of pine and citrus and hops. The taste typical IPA but not to over powering. The mouthfeel is medium bodied.
