On tap at O’briens. Pours a slightly cloudy golden amber body topped by a thin to medium thick, off-white head with some lacing. It’s slighlty sweet and malty with a nice hoppy balance consisting of pine and grapefruit notes as well as some apricot. Medium bodied, smooth and a touch dry.

Tasted on tap at the 10th Annual Bistro IPA Festival. This IPA pours a medium orange gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is citrusy and piney. Medium bodied India Pale Ale. The malts are caramel. The hops are citrusy and piney. Nice balance. This is a very drinkable IPA, a step above the typical brewpub IPA. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
