Bottle conditioned. Clear copper/amber coloured beer with a slim white head. Hoppy and fruity aroma. Flavour is balanced malts and hops, dry with some spices and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. Very good.
