This Brauwerk Hoffman version of a Mexican sea salt & lime lager was born here in the Pontiac but influenced by our friends down south. This cerveza is brewed & looked after with lots of love and care. The right amount of lime a sea salt. It’s everything a nice crisp lager should be, refreshing and full of flavor. Best enjoyed outside in the sun with some amigos!

Clean, very light golden-yellow colour with a white cap, average stay and some decent lacing foamy spots. Good lime aromas with the sourness, blended with the sea salt. Flavours of mild limes, milder saltiness but effective with the malt-corn base lingering. Slick mouthfeel with a little crispiness and soft dryness. Gets a touch hazy near last pour. Quite a nice Mexican lager that refreshes nicely.
