Our Berliner Weisse pours a light straw color. The head forms rapidly, but quickly dissipates. Slight sour notes hit the pallet due to the addition of Lactobacillus in the brewing process. Very low hop character. Very clean and refreshing. Pairs well with salty foods and cured meats. A great beer to use as a "pallet re-set" when tasting food and beverage.

A hazy pale yellow true to genre. There’s large plumed densely packed white head wurg great hang time. Fine thick clumps of lace are left behind. It is a light tart and acidic nose Grainy pale malt undertones a classic crisp and simple flavor profile of tart white grape skin and lemon zest citrus. Effervescent dry tartness finishes
