Modern IPA w/ Elani hops (West Coast IPA vibes + East Coast Hazy flavors = Modern IPA) Elani is an experimental hop that was officially released in 2022 as YQH-1320 EXP. First discovered as a wild hop, its parentage remains unknown. Clean and bright with huge tropical-citrus, stone fruit, and floral aromatics - This is a new favorite hop for the pilot room. Taps clear topaz with a thick buttermilk head. Aroma offers resiny hops, juicy orange, tropical and stone hints. Flavor generates juicy and tart orange and grapefruit, piney hops, zesty pineapple, a bit of sweet peach. Texture wraps up with firm body and peppy fizz. Take me somewhere that has nice beer - like Asheville, NC.
