Six American hop varieties bring assertive citrus and tropical fruit notes to this unfiltered West Coast-inspired IPA, along with hints of pine. Golden in color and medium bodied, this brew finishes bitter and crisp with a lingering, dank hop presence. Close to home, “Southern Sixers” refers to a group of Southern Appalachian Mountains over 6,000 feet in elevation. Hike with us Southern Sixer, like our other seasonals, is named for a feature of the Southern Appalachian landscape. Please join us on a seasonal, naturalist-guided hike, with our guide from Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy (SAHC).

Taps clear amber with a thin eggshell head. Aroma offers a strong hoppy note supported by citrus, hay and malt. Flavor presents grapefruit, evergreen hoppy, and fresh malt character for a respectable IPA. Body is fair, tingle is good. Six-y.
