Hop Riot IPA is out flagship beer. Brewed in the American IPA style with a definitive "Left Coast" attitude. We brew our IPA with an aggressive bitterning level which is complimented and balanced by a defined malt backbone. Our final signature is the dry hop step where fresh hops are immersed in the finished beer to provide the floral and citrus aromas of our IPA, a Hop Riot indeed.

Not sure of the age on here as it ain't dated and some of these bombers seem to sit. Seems a little faded. Light hop aroma of pine and a little tropical fruit. Flavor much the same but a touch on the malt heavy side. A little boring though I could see this having potential.

Sampled on tap at Beer Revolution on 2/19/2011. This India Pale Ale pours a medium orange gold color from the tap. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is minty, herbal and citrusy, fruity and sweet. A medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy, tangerine, orange and herbal. Nice carbonation. Very clean. Finish is very dry. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
