The darkest of our flagship offerings and the richest of them all. Brewed with rolled oats, and black and roasted malts. This beer has a robust flavor with rich, creamy undertones of coffee and chocolate. Hopped with several English varieties (23 IBUs), lightly carbonated and served on nitrogen.

The best offering that I had from High Noon. While admittedly not the best stout in the world, it was respectable. The flavor was the best attribute with this one.

I liked this one a lot. Very heavy, black, and with a small tan head. Tasted of chocolate and hops and smelled just the same. Overall a good stout. I just wished they sold it at more places since it seems it is sold only at the brewery in town!
