For this traditionally brewed German-style Red Rye Lager we used Carolina malted barley from Epiphany to create a clean drinker with a pinch of spice and a full body. Toasty bread notes and a gentle malt backbone make this classic brew from our Limited Lager Series a true winner

Pours clear mahogany with a thick buff head. Aroma generates rye, dusty and earthy tones. Flavor provides rye, woody, earthy and subtle fruity tones. Texture adds decent body and fizz. Red red rye stay close to me.
