The honey for our Orange Blossom mead comes from an apiary in Ventura County, in Southern California, breadbasket of the western citrus industry. Orange blossom honey is noted for its distinct citrus floral character and a sparkling mead of this varietal has the power to transport your senses to an orange grove in springtime. White straw in color, bright, dry and clean.

Bottled@Akkurat. Yellow colour, white mediumsized head. Aroma is orange peels, soap, alcohol and some grass .Flavour is really champagnelike, but also a lot of woodenness.
