This Mosaic hopped IPA is true to its West Coast roots...until we fermented it with a unique Belgian yeast strain that emphasizes estery flavors. The complexities of the hops are balanced by the subtleness of the Belgian yeast and crispness of the rye malt. Grain bill: 2-row, Rye Malt, CaraRed, & Red Wheat Hop bill: Mosaic, Ultra, & Newport Food Pairing: Rich foods, cheese plates, & hearty stews.

Cool yeasty aroma. Spice and fruitiness dominate.hop bitterness and rye there in the flavor, but this is Belgian first. Pretty cool beer if not expertly balanced.
