Our latest India Pale Ale coming at us in two incarnations - 'The Unnamed' DIPA and 'The Unnamed Nitro'. Half of the batch is carbonated as per usual, the other half is nitrogenated and will be served from the nitro faucet. Should be an interesting comparison. Gravity - 17 P/1.070 IBU's - 60 Hop Rate - 3.4 lbs/bbl ABV - 7.6 % Colour - 9 SRM Malts - Pale Ale, Melanoidan, Crystal 30, Munich, Carapils Hops - Magnum, Simcoe, Chinook, Cascade, Sorachi Ace
