Our latest version of a west coast style IPA. This time I changed it up a bit with a load of fresh herbs, spices and orange thrown right in there with the usual boatload of hops. Rosemary's Baby India Pale Ale is brewed with copious amounts of Chinook and Cascade whole hops then heavily dry-hopped with more of the same. Pummeled with fresh rosemary, ground coriander and Curaçao orange peel this is certainly one of the most delicious and unique IPAs to grace this land (and your buds).
