This is just another random IPA in a long long list of IPAs when it comes right down to it. The fact is, I just fucking love to waste perfectly good hops so I figured what the hell. I threw in a truckload of random hops to start with then added more, just because I can. And since I was already wasting perfectly good hops I figured I may as well throw in a load of those awful sort of hops nobody wants, ever. And so it was, I busted out the Sorachi Ace, Celeia and East Kent Goldings. I know, I know, I'm playing totally out of bounds here, I really am wasting those good Japanese, Slovenian and British hops by trying to cover them up with those damn zesty American hops. Or maybe it's the other way around. I suggest y'all get down to the Hart and Thistle to see just exactly what this multi-continental-hopped bomb tastes like for yourself. Bliss.
