Microdot, an India Pale Ale brewed with love. I fermented this beer on a blend of American and Belgian yeasts and it just does not want to settle out. I had planned to tap this beer on Saturday past but I've held it back trying to get more of the yeast to drop out. It's still pretty darn cloudy but is tasting nice. Gravity – 16.8P/1.069 IBUs - 75 Hop Rate – 4.5 lbs/bbl ABV - 7.0 % Hops - Magnum, Simcoe, Citra, Centennial, Chinook Colour – 9.1 SRM Malts - Pale Ale, Munich, Dextrin (CaraPils), Crystal 15, Crystal 70, Melanoidin
