Ladies and gentlemen, back by popular demand.... ....we have another India Pale Ale of gigantic and tasty proportions. 'Maritime Malt Bomb' IPA is yet another SMaSH brew, this time around the 2-row malted barley being 100% Maritime grown taking us one step closer to an all local product. I've utilized a variety of hop cultivars on this one technically making it a different sort of SMaSH, the 'Single Malt and Several Hop' sort. Now, some of you that are familiar with my IPAs might be wondering what on earth I am doing calling it a malt bomb and an IPA in the same sentence. The fact is this is a dedicated maritime malt beer as well as a bomb, a 7 lb per barrel calculated theoretical 279 IBU hop-bomb to be more precise. And so there we have it, Maritime Malt Bomb hits the taps this Tuesday March 29th at 4:00pm. Prepare yourself for a hop-bombing. So fresh, so hoppy, so luscious. Enjoy.
