Hopping Frogs", our 2nd and final wet-hop Harvest IPA for the 2010 crop year. Hopping Frogs was brewed with a blend of freshly picked Cascade and Galena hops which were machine harvested and driven immediately to the brewery from Quebec, the entire 40kgs were in the batch a few short hrs later. Enjoy it while it's on tap, it'll be another year before we have the chance to indulge in the wonderful flavours contributed by the freshly harvested, unprocessed hops.
