E-Rosinous Zone (ee¡¤ros¡ä¡¤in¡¤ous) is our latest interpretation of a West Coast style IPA. This is a copper-hued hop tea of an IPA with a very modest calculated IBU (international bittering unit) of 55 and some heavy-handed finish and dry-hop additions comprised of 75% Simcoe, 13% Cascade and 12% Chinook. This is some tasty stuff so grab some while you can!
