Pours a dark gold, with a white head with good retention, lasting much of the duration. the aroma is of peppery Belgian yeast, strong hop aromas and a small brown sugar sweetness. In the forefront of the taste is American style hops with an earthy tone mixing with a spicy Belgian yeast. Solid bitterness, estery yeast strain, small fruityness, alcohol and mild spice. This Belgian pale is medium bodied, exhibiting crisp carbonation and a touch of dryness.

I was hoping for a more Belgian influence, even so it was still a refreshing and easy going ale. A touch of grassy hops with a slight hint of citrus. Doughy pale malt and some bread to boot. Light bodied, 1" head and white spotty lacing.

Beautiful deep clear amber, tall white head, spotty lacing. Very floral aroma, almost perfumey, floral hops, honeysuckle, Belgian yeasts, light malts, earthy and spicy hops. Taste is also floral with a good Belgian yeast presence, some bubble gum, spicy and earthy hops bitter, with more floral and spicy linger. Interesting beer but not the best BPA I've tried.

Bottled@The Chriso "Rock The Roof Down" pre-gbbf shindig. Slightly hazy orange colour, small off-white creamy head. Aroma is fruity, spicy and slightly malty. Flavour is quite much the same in a rather watery way. Thin palate.

As the description lists it, it does smell like their IPA, with a big hoppy nose. Pours a clean amber colour with foamy off-white head that has average retention and minimal lacing. After breathing a bit, the hop softens and the Belgian yeast spices come out. I wish this one would not be filtered so much and have some sediments in it. It has a nice balance between sweetness (caramel malt, fruits), bitterness (hops) and mild spiciness. Gets much better as it sits there. Notes of apples really come out in the aftertaste. It does have very fine particles floating around which creates a little hazy, but should be dirtier overall.
