Pumpkin the Bear is our collaboration beer with Bear’s BBQ and Valley Malt. We used two different types of malt from the only maltster in Massachusetts to form the basis of a smoky and sweet malt bill and then we combined that with some freshly smoked pumpkin and malt that we smoked at Bear’s.
