Clear, light amber color with a fluffy white head. Sporadic lacing. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon, sweet malt, pine and grass. Very earthy smelling. Grapefruit, orange and lemon leads the flavors with the sweet malt following closely behind. Unfortunately the flavors are muted in comparison to the aromas. Finish is bitter. A good West Coast style IPA, but I feel it needs a little refining. A good effort by a very busy brewery.
