This huge double IPA is finely balanced with caramel 60 and wheat malt, then massive amounts of centenial, cascade, and falconers flight hops produce a citrusy hop juice character. Like the dominatrix, she will reel you in with her sweet beauty then whip you into a hoppy submission!

Poured from a growler into a pint glass. Cloudy copper color with a foamy, light tan head that leaves a thick layer of lacing on the sides of the glass. Grapefruit, lemon, resinous hops and sweet malt aromas fill my nose. Tastes as it smells, with citrus, sweet malt and resinous hops on the tongue. The flavor gets more resinous tasting as the beer warms a bit. Full mouthfeel, not as bitter as I would have expected. The alcohol is well hidden, but thing packs a wallop, wondering if the 11% a.b.v. is accurate. An interesting IIPA.
