Voluptuously organic. The triple and double mash fermentation ignite in her a passion metallic fire, fueled by "Horny Goat Weed", which in the traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role. Wonderfully broad, spicy, fruity aroma. Suitable for storage, because by the corks the flavors over the years to mature and develop so beautiful, sherry-like secondary flavors! In the beautiful 0.75 liter bottle of champagne. Beer IG Award 2010, 1st place, the Austrian state championship Keinbraureien 2001, No. 1 and 2012, 2nd place

330 ml capped bottle, as a 9,2 % ABV. Poured in a stemmed glass a clear deep burgundy-brown with ruby tones coloured S B with a one finger tan foamy head that had a very short retention and no visible bubble. Low carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is riped fruits, plums, raisins, caramel and toasted malts, herbs. The flavour is sweet and roasted malts, candy sugar, caramel, herbs, dark fruits, berries, plums, raisins, vegetables, olives and at the end emerging dark chocolate. The mouthfeel is round, quite fulled and fruity. The texture is a bit oily. This medium bodied S B has a dry malty and fruity finish. The high alcoholic level, 9,2 % on the beerlabel, is very well hidden. This pleasant S B can be dangerous drinkable.
