A moderately hopped IPA that is a perfect transition to hand crafted beer. This IPA is most enjoyable as a stand-alone beer or a perfect companion to spicier foods such as chicken wings. The hop acids and carbonation provide a great palate cleanser to take on even deep-fried delights.

Taps clear topaz with a nice, frothy beige head. Aroma yields piney, bitter hops plus tangy grapefruit and fresh malt. Flavor doesn't quite live up to the aroma, but is still quite enjoyable. Texture delivers fair, smooth body and lively fizz. Have a devil of a good time.
