Scintillating, fresh and delicately flavoured, Grisette Fruits des Bois is a light, refreshing beer that is brewed with the best malt and wheat. This blend creates a riot of sweet yet slightly bitter tastes redolent of wild berries and other exquisite fruits of the forest.

Dark red with red head. Sour with rasberry fruit smell. Berry taste that leaves a pleasant rasberry finish.

December 2015: 250 ml bottle, from Prima Beer. ABV is 3.5%. Red colour, pinkish-purplish head. Aroma of "fruits of the forest" and jam. Medium sweet flavour, "fruits of the forest" with an "artificial" and bland finish.

Bottled (from lahoublonniere.be). Ruby red colour with big long lasting pink head. Aroma is raspberries, blueberries, some mild sourish notes. Flavour is red currant, raspberry, black currant, blackberry and some sour wooden notes as well. Rather sweet, which makes it best while cold.

brewed by St Feuillien according to the label - hazy reddish colour with a little unregular foam but a nice lacing; strong aroma of dark fruits syrup with notes of vanilla also coming through; very sweet, thin-bodied, flat and sweetish syrupy finish - herghhhh
