A ramped up full-strength version of our House Pale ale. We used all the same ingredients, except increased the malt and hop bill by 50% to achieve a fuller body, higher alcohol, and very intense hop character! Brewing Process: Single infusion for more body. This pale receives a bittering charge of cryo-hops 15 min before the end of the boil, then a 50% greater charge in the whirlpool and dry hop! Fermentation: This Beer was fermented with our house British ale strain.
