This beer is handbrewed with great care and using the purest water in the World. The water comes from the ice cape covering Greenland, that is around 180.000 years old and more than 3 km thick. The enourmous pressure in the middle, presses icebergs out into the many fiords. The fishermen has from their small fishing vessels chosen the smaller icebergs, that are melted and used in this beer. The beer has then been transported across the Atlantic, and hence has been on a long journey, to be enjoyed with great delight.

Pours out in a clear reddish brown colour with a low white head. Clean and rather sweet aroma of crackers, brown sugar, caramel and mild grassy hops. Medium to light bodied with notes of caramel, brown sugar, nuts and metal. Rather low bitterness in the finish with accent of nuts and metal. Lacking soul and is a bit too clean.

Bottled. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, nutty and a bit barnyardish. Flavour is salty, malty, hoppy and a bit caramellish. Mouthdrying. Needs something to balance it up a bit.
