The Green Flash brewing team and I have collaborated each year since we opened in 2006 and 10 years later Pat and I have come full circle to create a special barrel aged blend inspired from the vintage Flanders Brown Style Ale. Deceptively strong, yet restrained and balanced with subtle spice and woody notes and soft undertones of caramel and roast with a focused lactic tartness.

Pours opaque chocolate with a fair buff head. Aroma presents tart fruit, roast malt and earthy tones. Flavor offers tart and somewhat sweet pomme and stone fruit, toasted malt and subtle earthy notes. Texture features fair body and lively fizz. 10 is a great anniversary - here's to many more!
