Awwwwwwww the small IPA! It’s like all the other IPA’s that we do, except smaller and way cuter. We took the best things about American IPA (the rad hops) and mushed that together with the best things about English cask beers (the strength and drinkability), and had some fun! Using lots of whole leaf Citra in the brew, and then dry hopped with our favorite Citra lot from @colemanagiculture , the result is a fun autumn time crusher! Whether you decide to drink it ice cold, or a touch closer to cellar temp, let your spouse know its Small IPA Time!
