Bringing your favorite Aussie in for a brew day is kind of like that one book “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie”… you give that man an inch and he takes a mile! The next thing you know he’s grabbing the only box of Manalita (a brand new hop varietal from our pals at @‌freestylehops ) to use in the dry hop, along with his own blend of his favorite hops. You gotta give it to Scotty though, cause this beer came out so good! Dude is a legend. Tasting notes? Kern’s Mango Nectar, Cactus Cooler, Strawberry Nesquik, the zestiest citrus, the most tropical fruit, and the best of times. It’s one of my favorite IPA’s we’ve done this year. Shhhhh. Just don’t tell Scotty.
