Prairie White is patiently brewed from Saskatchewan two-row barley, spring wheat and choice hop varietals. Adding the zest of premium oranges and natural Saskatchewan coriander creates refreshing citrus notes with a subtle spice. Its slightly cloudy appearance is proof that we’d never filter out the rich, complex flavours.

Pours a cloudy golden colour with a creamy off-white head, good stay and very nice creamy lacing. The nose is so-and-so with some sour kind of yeasty notes. The hints are better in the background with the orange and coriander. The taste is pretty bland with the better tasting yeast and very mild orange fruity malts. Love Witbiers. This is not one of them.
