30th Anniversary one-off. The aroma is slightly fruity (Apple and pear) with a touch of floral hop. Flavour is balanced a bit more toward sweetness with a grainy character from the Pilsner malt. Light body with a clean finish.

Picked up a tallboy at the brewery. Pours a huge foaming bubbly white head and has a pale straw coloured appearance. Excessive carbonation. Ok lacing. Aromas are grainy and grassy, some subtle herbal hop notes. Flavours are a little sweet, grainy malts and a little bit off grassy notes. Good retention. Drying mouthfeel. Not bad.

Thanks to PaleAleRider for this can from the brewery. Pours a clean light-golden colour with very tiny particles through it. Soapy-fizzy off-white head that disappears quickly, leaving not much. Interesting floral hop with hints of spices, apples and pears. Where the Kölsch shows is the taste with the typical cereal grain. Lighter all-around as only 4.2% ABV. Hazy at last pour. Quite a nice nose and thankful to have tried this limited one for their 30th anniversary.
