Just like Dad's favourite playlist, this crisp and clean German style pilsner will have you dancing in your skivvies with each sip. Light and refreshing, yet complex and memorable. Sweetish malt notes up front with some traces of straw, sulphur, grass and lemon are the highlights in both aroma and taste. Lightly hazy body ends with a crisp bittering finish. Let the good times roll.

    Pours a hazy light golden colour with a big frothy white head, good retention and patchy-wavy foam lacing. Malty nose with some hops taking over this dad's body. The hops are the ones found in macro beers, looking artificial. The taste shows more real hops with a green leaf, herbal note. High bitterness for pilsner. The dryness lingers for a while. Not too bad, especially if you prefer a hoppier Pils, but not one I could drink much... like Euro Pilsner.

    The beer pours a translucent medium gold with a generous off white head which lasts a few minutes. The aroma is grass, earthy hops, and weak citrusy notes. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grassy with hints of lemon, herbal hops, and yeast.
