This unfiltered Mexican style lager pours slightly hazy and straw-like in colour with a white cap. Aromas of honey-like malt are front and centre and give way to undertones of freshly cut hay and cracker alongside trace hints of pear and white bread. Well-carbonated, the flaked corn and Mexican lager yeast lighten the body while providing flavours of grass/straw leading into a clean, crisp, flavourful finish. Best enjoyed on May 5, or any other day of the year
