A cousin of the Ichthyosaur IPA – made with the same recipe but we used fresh hops. Wonderfully aromatic and full of fresh hop taste. If you’re a hophead, you’ll like this one!

this one toes the line between an ipa and an imperial, but it's not advertised as a double, so... lots of cascade and centennial hops. big hoppy aroma, little balance, and it makes no apologies for that. also, a late addition of simcoes. a nice aroma, but something just a touch off that prevents a 9 or higher. body is nice, color is actually lighter than the icky. flavor is very hoppy without being overly aggressive, and it's good stand alone or with your meal.
