Thank your lucky shamrocks for this brew. Enough pleasure in every bottle to turn the Irish green with envy. This traditional Irish Stout is brewed with roasted barley, flaked barley and English hops. The Emerald Isle itself never had it this good. So twist off the cap and enjoy a little St. Patrick's Day "luck of the Irish".

A limited release from Granville Island, for winter. Pours with a very dark, impenetrable colour and a foamy head, but not as good a head as a Guinness. Aroma was malty with also some chocolate and perhaps coffee. Taste was a bit thinner than the better stouts I've had (again, the famous one from Ireland). I was a bit underwhelmed by this one.
