By double they meant twice as much hops as GC normally adds. This "double" IPA was basically equivalent to a mildly hopped IPA. I struggle to rate it higher then what I gave it considering it's supposed to be an Imp, and it has a very weak hop structure. cloudy amber, decent head. But everything is lacking. Piney, floral hop profile. But taste is lackluster. Light in fruit with a soft metallicy finish.
