    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 4 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 4

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original La Tourmente tulip glass an unfiltered and strong hazy straw-yellow coloured Witbier with a minimum half a finger slightly beige foamy head that had a short retention and some micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. Many sediments. The aroma is aggresive aciditic fruits, citrus, peaches, biscuits and grainy malts. The flavour is cooked vegetables, cabbages, spicy, coriander and a touch of pepper and vanilla, candied sugar. The mouthfeel is thin and the texture watery. This light bodied Witbier has a dry aciditic fruits finish. The first feeling is often a correct judje, this Witbier doesn't reach an averaging level. A disappointement.
