    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 4

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original La Tourmente tulip glass a clear amber-orange coloured S B with half a finger light beige foamy head that had a very short retention and no bubbles at all ! Active carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is moderate malty, spicy with a touch of ginger and more significant mountain herbs, the announced and lasting " génépi ". The flavour is a sweety dessert, eggs-cream, caramel and obviously herbal with the unique and lasting génépi. The mouthfeel is round, light, sugary and a bit sticky. The texture is high watery. This light bodied S B has a long herbal spicy and sticky finish. An added mountain herb is not enough to brew a quality beer.
