Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6
pours a nice orange hue with just a dash of haze and a thick finger of frothy ivory foam. Quite attractive. The aroma is a nice hop aroma with a fruity and piney character. Just enough sweetness to elicit a bit of candy fruitiness. Taste: rich piney hops atop a sweet and caramel malt base. Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation

Pours clear dark amber with a thick buff head. Aroma is hoppy, resiny and robust. Flavor has a bold hoppy note, fairly but not fiercely bitter, with malty and grapefruit underpinnings plus a woody hint. Mouthfeel has strong and full fizz, and firm body. Hop into a Gordon Biersch and order a crater.
