This truly unique Small Beer is a German-style Rauchbier (smoked Lager). It is the second lower gravity beer made from a single mash (the stronger beer begins the Imperial Smoked Brown Goose). It’s inviting smoke character is a result of using 43% smoked malt from the town of Bamberg, Germany where they dry the malt with beechwood fire.
