A Belgian-style farmhouse ale traditionally brewed in the cooler months for summer consumption. It’s a beer sturdy enough to age in the bottle but refreshing enough to be enjoyed in warm weather. Brewed with a special Saison yeast, this spicy ale is made with a blend of 8 malts and grains to produce a full round body. The addition of black pepper spice, and dry-hopping with Styrian Hops creates an even more complex nose.
