The beer pours a translucent light gold colour with a generous bubbly off-white head that doesn’t stick around. Effervescence is high. Aroma is light citrus, strong grains, and herbal hops. Grassiest IPA I’ve had in years. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grainy malt, citrusy hops, with a little spiciness in the finish. Definitely not bitter.
