A strong Belgian-style ale brewed in celebration of the 1st birthday of our pub brewer’s 2nd daughter, Ciara. The Belgian yeast strain imparts a complex spicy aroma and flavor, while the blend of 7 malts give the brew a deep amber/ brown color with a rich malty/ fruity palate and a warm finish.
