Canandaigua 75 and I sampled this from the cask in the Good Nature Brewing tasting room. Poured an amber to brown with very light carbonation. The aroma was of whiskey and malt blended in just such a way that they meld perfectly. When you taste it you taste the whiskey than the malt with the warming glow of the whiskey finishing. I enjoy this most at almost room temp from a snifter shaped glass. Treat it as you would brandy of whiskey. It is that good. It pairs well with beef or vintage cheddar yum!
